What's under Fenrich's bandages?


Fuka: Hey Fenfen, what's under those bandages on your neck?

Fenrich: And why should I tell YOU?

Fuka: Cuz I wanna know!

Fenrich: Well, it's none of your business.

Desco: Desco wants to know too!

Emizel: I'm kind of curious myself.

Artina: Yes, please tell us Mr. Werewolf!

Fenrich: All of you---!!

Valvatorez: Oh come on, Fenrich. What harm will it do to just tell them?

Fenrich: But my Lord...

Valvatorez: You don't have to show them, just tell them.

Fenrich: Lord Val... *sigh* I'm only doing this because YOU asked me, Lord Val.

Valvatorez: That's fine.

Fuka: Well, what is it?

Fenrich: Under my bandage is...

Desco: Is...?

Fenrich: A mark of loyalty to my lord.

Fuka: So, it's a hickey?

(Everyone blushes and looks surprised)

Fenrich: Wh--no it's not a hickey you simple minded bitch!

Artina: Is it possibly... bite marks?

Fenrich: (blushing)

Fuka: Ooooh, so it's a VAMPIRE hickey.

Fenrich: Someone please hit her...

Disgaea 4 Fanfic: The Reaper Fears

Emizel starts to relive an event in his young life which eventually lead to his fear of reaping souls. Who will get him out of his funk?


Emizel tossed and turned in his sleep as a nightmare plagued his mind. A nightmare that was a horrible memory in the young reaper's life.

There the blonde stood, scythe in hand and prey at his feet. His prey was already badly wounded so he could no longer run. Blood covered his entire chest and pooled on the ground underneath him. His eyes were wide, bloodshot and bugged out as tremendous pain coursed through his body. His eyes slowly moved over and he saw the Death before him. It was then that he realized, he was about to die. His left claw began to raise, he wouldn't let a Grim Reaper take his life without a fight!

He slashed at the young reaper, deeply cutting the top of his nose. But why did the reaper just stand there and take it? Why didn't he raise his scythe and end his life before he even got a chance to raise his own claw? It was then that the demon got a good look at the reaper, he was in more fear than his own prey.

Emizel's legs tremoured and his face went pale. He didn't even seem to notice that his prey had just sliced the top of his nose. He took a step back before completely falling to his knees. Tears began to surface the corners of his eyes. He used his arms to support himself up and not meet the ground face-first. A dizzy sensation consumed his head and bile had begun to raise in the back of his throat. His body had become incredibly hot, despite having shorts on.

"I can't..." he muttered out. "do it..."

Emizel was aware that being a reaper meant that he had to extract souls and send them to Hades by stabbing them with a scythe, but he never imagined that he would have to deal with something so gruesome. It was utterly disturbing, so much so that the bile came all the way up from the back of Emizel's throat and caused him to vomit on the ground in front of him.

He was in trouble, he could no longer reap the soul in front of him. That was when a near-by reaper heard the unusually commotion and came over to see what was going on. The reaper was shocked at the scene before him.

"What happened?!" he exclaimed. "Did you attack that young Death?!"

The demon struggled but did eventually manage to shake his head. The grim reaper knew that the demon wasn't lying, considering that he could barely even shake his head in his current condition. So he rushed over to the young blonde instead.

He propped up the Death's head on his knee.

"Hey kid, you alright?" he asked.

"I failed..." said Emizel, immediately breaking into sobs.

"Wh--hey, wake up!" he shouted. "Wake up! Wake up!"

The next thing that Emizel knew, he was being shaken awake by his werewolf companion, Fenrich. He must have been having a nightmare.

"You're going to wake up all of Hades if you keep making so much noise!" said Fenrich.

"I'm sorry..." said Emizel, tears forming in his eyes.

Fenrich cocked a brow. Did he really sound THAT angry at the young reaper? He didn't mean to make him cry, not that he really cared.

"Sorry," said Emizel. "I was having a bad nightmare. It was of something that happened a long time ago..." He lightly touched the scar on the top of his nose.

"Then it's nothing to cry about," said Fenrich. "If it happened so long ago, just get over it. What's done is done!"

Emizel looked up at Fenrich with a surprised visage. "Fenrich," he said. "Thank you."

Fenrich blushed. "WH--I wasn't trying to cheer you up! Shut up!" he blurted out.

"Tsundere," Emizel teased.

"What have I said about calling me that?!" Fenrich said, embarrassed.

"Still whether you meant to or not," he said. "I still feel better."

Fenrich just huffed and looked away.

Disgaea 4 Skit: I Died Once

Emizel laments over being pronounced as dead and Axel tries his hand at cheering him up.


Axel: Young Master are you alright?

Emizel: (covering his head) Leave me alone! I'm dead!!

Axel: What are you talking about?

Emizel: Didn't you read the newspaper? Emizel died! I'm just an impostor!!

Axel: What? That's stupid! I KNOW that you're the real Young Master!

Emizel: How do you know?!

Axel: Cuz I know you didn't die. I made sure of that before I left!

Emizel: What...?

Axel: After Desco attacked us I made sure that you were still alive before I left!

Emizel: Why?

Axel: What do you mean, 'why'?! You're my buddy!

Emizel: No... I'm not... You're only acting friendly towards me because I'm the President's son!

Axel: It doesn't matter WHY we became friends! Besides I see you as a little brother right now and I want to help you!

Emizel: You can't help me, I died. My father abandoned me... I'm dead to him... *sob*

Axel: *sigh* Let me tell you a story, I think that it'll help you.

Emizel: ......

Axel: In the Netherworld that I was in previous to this one I was known as the Dark Hero and was somewhat of a celebrity. But then I met this guy named Adell and he beat me up. The news announced that he killed me and everyone thought that I was dead. I called up my mother to let her know that I was still alive, but she didn't believe me and hung up on me... But I kept trying to prove I was alive and one day I got back on TV and my little brother knew it was really me right away. Soon enough the Dark Hero was revived!

Emizel: (wiping his eye) *sniff* D-did that really happen to you?

Axel: Unfortunately, it did.

Emizel: Even though you're an idiot...

(Ouch)

Emizel: Thank you. I actually do feel a little bit better.

Axel: Anytime you need the Dark Hero just let me know!

Emizel: *laughing* You ARE stupid!

Axel: Awww, that's not nice!

Emizel: Ugh, my head feels fuzzy.

Valvatorez: You should eat a sardine!

Emizel: How many times do I have to tell you that I hate fish?!

Fuka: That reminds me, how did you even discover the power of sardines anyhow?

Artina: (sweat drop) I'm afraid that's my fault, Miss Fuka.

Fuka: (shocked) You?!

Artina: Well, it happened like this...

Valvatorez: Ugh, I didn't realize that not drinking human blood would have this much of an impact on me.

Artina: What's wrong, Mr. Vampire?

Valvatorez: My powers have been decreasing by each passing day.

Artina: Is it because you need blood? Do you want to drink mine?

Valvatorez: Impossible! I made a promise with you and I intend to see it through!

Artina: (cheering) Oh I know! Wait right here!

Valvatorez: What a strange women.

(Artina returns)

Artina: Here, eat this!

Valvatorez: A fish?

Artina: Yep, it's called a sardine. You have to keep up your strength but since you won't drink human blood I thought that this would be good enough to help you regain at least a small portion of your strength.

Valvatorez: That is very thoughtful of you, I shall gladly accept your offering.

Artina: *giggle* You don't have to say it like that, Mr. Weird-o.

(The day after)

Valvatorez: You were right!

Artina: Huh?

Valvatorez: About the sardines! I feel like I have much more strength than I did yesterday!

Artina: How wonderful!

Valvatorez: So this is the power of sardines!

Update: On an Unrelated Note...

Remember the last post with this title? Great, cuz here's an update on it. Sentai Filmworks is apparently going to dub 'The World God Only Knows' and release it on DVD and BD, making it a day one buy for me. :D But unfortunately, 'Akikan!' will not be dubbed and only have a DVD release. How disappointing. :/

More unrelated crap, my laptop died on me, so I won't be around the net as much until it gets fixed. Sorry, but now we're down to one computer in my entire house and there's three of us who use it. :/ I'll fix it soon though, I've already tried everything so I'm letting someone else take a stab at it. If it turns out the HDD is dead I'll either get a new one or just end up buying a Google Chrome Book or something. Whatever is cheaper I guess. :/ I've gotta save money for the US 'Disgaea 4' DLC, 'Bakuman.' Vol. 01 DVD and all of November's goodies. >.>

I Want an Emizel and Axel Scenario!

As some of you know Fuuka and Desco are about to get their own scenario in Japan on an append disc soon and Val and Fenrich already had their own scenario as well. What I want is a Emizel and Axel one! >3< For me I've had all I can take of Fuuka and Desco personally--especially Fuuka. -_- Not only that, how can you make a scenario out of these two that doesn't repeat the main story or answer any unanswered questions? That's also why I want a story for Emizel and Axel, for I have a lot of unanswered questions mainly about Emizel. Like how did he get that scar on his nose? (Though we also know little about Adell's scars, only that they were inflicted by a succubus named, Eleanor. :/) And we Emizel is so afraid to reap. I don't think that 'I've never done it before' is a legit response. :/ There must have been an actual reason why he is afraid to reap. Another question, how did Axel get to this Netherworld? As he said that in another Netherworld before this one he was popular as the Dark Hero. And I don't remember if they explained this or not but, I want to know how Axel even got to be the warden of Hades and how he met Val and Fenrich; as Fenrich said that Axel was always causing his Lord trouble, meaning that he's already met the two on a number of occasions. And finally, I want to know how Emizel and Axel started working as a team. Like what got Emizel to fully agree to team up with him; since they already shown how they met. So come on Nippon Ichi there's about three more months of DLC in Japan, make my dream come true! ><

My Discontinued Childhood

If you were born anywhere from 1990-2000 you probably remember some awesome products that are no longer available-for one reason or another-today. Sometimes companies decide to bring back these old products as 'throwback' items. Most recently, 'Captain Crunch's: Oops All Berries'. When I was a kid I used to love this cereal because it only had the berries. 'Target' is currently selling the cereal as a 'throwback' item; the cereal even comes with a voucher for a 'throwback' Captain Crunch t-shirt in adult sizes only. On a Completely Unrelated Note...

Sentai Filmworks licensed both 'The World God Only Knows' and 'Akikan!' two of my favorite anime series~ I may or may not buy them though. If they have a dub track, then hell yeah I'm buying it! But if it's only subbed, it probably won't be a day one purchase for me. I'm still miffed that they didn't dub 'Kobato.', which I still didn't buy yet. :/ Mostly because I have it on a low priority, I've mostly been buying games this month; 'Disgaea 4', 'Persona 2' and 'Atelier Totori'. And I probably won't buy it next month either as Nippon Ichi is releasing their 'Disgaea 4' DLC that month and 'Fate/Extra' and another game for the 360 that I can't think of the name right now, as well as 'Hetalia: Paint it White!' are all coming out next month. So yeah...

Child Pornography in Anime: What Crosses the Line?

Today I found out that there's this group in Japan that's trying to get anime, manga and games to fall under the child pornography law; making it illegal to own DVDs, doujinshi, pics on mobile devices and PCs. Chances are this isn't going to pass, the main reason being that they've been trying to do this since '08 and only have 222 signatures. :/

Here's my problem with it. How are they planning on enforcing this? Are they going to raid every person's house in Japan and arrest them if they find anything? And what makes it CHILD pornography? Is it that the characters are under 18? And if that's the case, ALOT of people will be going to prison! Take H-Games for example, about 80% of them take place in a high school, so it is highly unlikely that you will find any characters over 18. And if that's wrong, is it okay for the character to LOOK young but actually be over 18? And not to mention that anime/manga/games are FAKE and are not real! All the characters are FICTIONAL and NOT based on anything/one that/who is REAL! In fact all of the characters are voiced by adults! Now, I'm not trying to defend pedos or anything like that, but I DO firmly believe in freedom of expression and freedom of choice. If you like anime/manga/games like that, then fine.

Currently Japan has a law that says minors (under age 18) are not allowed to buy or view ANYTHING of sexual content. So if this law is to protect children, then it is a waste. I honestly think that this law is a joke! If they don't like it, then they don't have to look at it! It's all FAKE and all the characters are FICTIONAL, get over yourselves!

'Persona 4's anime already got licensed?!

I just heard that Sentai Filmworks just licensed 'Persona 4' the animation! It isn't even airing in Japan until October, it's kind of early to license it! But I think that they said they're streaming it first and then releasing on DVD and BD in 2012. I'll probably buy it, but I'll be more inclined to if it has a dub track; I hate buying sub DVDs. :P Although I'm about 95% sure that none of the original cast would be doing an English dub, that's because Sentai Filmworks dubs with the ADV cast and 'Persona 4' was dubbed with Bang-Zoom's cast so yeah, I'm not crossing my fingers. -_- It also depends on how much MBS censored it; I can't wait, considering that they already censored the hell out of 'Blood-C' and 'Togainu no Chi'. :/ I'm still waiting for my uncensored 'Togainu no Chi' episodes, which aren't coming out until November. >.< I still don't understand the last episode because of all the 'creative' censoring. >.>

I'm going to be doing some major changes to my Photobucket so in the meantime it's on a hiatus--nothing you're new to. XD Dark-Hero-Aika will still be opened, I'm actually about to update it.

In my downtime, I'll be playing 'Disgaea 4', maybe my cute little Emizel will come to one of your guys' senate hearings. ^.- Right now he's 'Selfish' but before he was a 'Sniper'. I may change him again, I dunno yet. And yesterday and I got Fenrich's ending! ^o^ I wonder what he did to Val? Kiss, maybe? :D Fenrich IS canon gay after all. XD Anyways, see ya'll later. :3

XD I'm only on chapter 7 anyway and then I have to do all of the post-game stuff like recruiting Axel, Arch-Angel Flonne, Etna, and Laharl~ <3 Though it sure will be awkward to have both Fallen Angel and Arch-Angel Flonne on my party! O.O Anyways I'm loving the game! Emizel is so cute! :3

Why Saki Has Been Neglecting Her tumblr.

Okay so those of you who are Saki-Stalkers, you may have noticed that I haven't been on my tumblr. in a while. Well, here's a domino effect of what happened... (Has to do with pic above)

-My little sister suggested that I finally start playing 'Star Ocean: The Last Hope' (which I bought this past December) and I ended up getting mad addicted to it; I still have yet to play 'Catherine'! O_o

-My little sister started playing 'Ar Tonelico: Knoll of Ar Ciel' and we stayed up for hours! I watched the sun come up! X_X I blame Tatsumi-mi. :P

-Had to start getting ready for college; applying for financial aid, picking classes, looking up train schedules; all that fun stuff.

-'Disgaea 4' came out. I ended up going to Gamestop's Labor Day midnight release event; it wasn't just for 'Disgaea' there were about four games that came out that day. And boy were they busy! @_@ So I picked that up and ended up pre-ordering 'Persona 2' while I was there. Now I'm playing 'Disgaea 4' so I'm busy with that. And I STILL haven't started 'Catherine' or finished 'Star Ocean 4'; and by finished I mean that I didn't get Faize's ending yet, I already beat it. :/ I was like legit happy that you can take Faize on the second playthrough! ^.^ I seriously had a smile on my face for an hour! Yeah, I'm nuts! X3

So yeah, and to top it all off the FAFSA thing got messed up so I'm not actually going to college until January. :/ I'm just glad that my school sent my transcripts in May. Getting into college is such a chore! X_X And that's why I've been away from my tumblr. But I always take spontaneous hiatuses anyway. XD Oh you know you love me. XD But thanks for ya'll putting up with me! ^.^

Tales of Symphonia OVA Early Screenings!

I always said, "I wish that I lived in Japan." and now I do even more! I just found out on the Tales of Symphonia OVA's main site that they are holding early screenings of the first episode of the final OVA from September 23-25 at the Sunshine Theatre in Ikebukuro! I want to go so bad! >.< But unfortunately it's way too expensive for me to go. :/ And it's not like I'll be moving there anytime soon either; Japan--especially Tokyo--is a very expensive place to live! I guess I'll just have to wait until November like most people. :/

For those of you going, 'Where the hell did she go?' well I forgot my login but recently remembered it when I decided to make one for Kitty Corp, so yeah, sorry about that. XD I also plan--at some point--to post CTcon 2010 Sunday pics as well as the new pics from CTcon 2011. :D It's good to be back! ^.^
